Delivery and return information

After you have registered the order, you can track its status in your customer account, in the   section"My Orders".

Delivery is not free (in Romania).

 

Orders registered by 2 p.m. are shipped the same day, with delivery within 24-48 working hours in Romania. As a rule, parcels arrive the next day, depending on the availability of couriers in the destination area. 

 

The cost of transport is paid to the courier company. The cost of a standard transport is 19 lei.

 

Transport can be done by Cargus or, at the customer's request, the package can be delivered with DPD Courier.

 

We deliver the ordered products throughout Romania. Payment can also be made online (Payment with card) in Romania and by card in the EU. 

 

If there are problems related to the contents of the package, you find that there has been an error of any kind, please contact us within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the package.

Product return and replacement

Product return or replacement

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the moment it was delivered to you by courier.

Product replacement:Shipping cost for replacing a product with another size/model is free of charge and is borne by Land - Kids Store.

Return: The cost of a return is 19 lei, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Notes

Exceptional situations

If the returned product has damaged or incomplete original packaging, missing accessories, the return will not be accepted.

*Intimate hygiene products (socks and tights) CANNOT be returned for reasons of personal hygiene.

The footwear is tried on in a way where the product has no signs of wear, we recommend that the test be done indoors, on a carpet, otherwise the product will not be accepted for return.

If the product is compliant and the contents of the package are accepted as a return, we will need a bank account where we can transfer the amount related to the return within 7 working days from the moment the product arrives in our possession.

The legal guarantee of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase of the product.

You can submit a claim by emailing us pictures of the product and defects along with the completed claim form. This way we can process your complaint.

Send us pictures of the defective product atcontact@landkidsstore.ro and also attach the completed complaint form.

After we receive a preliminary assessment from our complaints department, we will inform you of possible solutions. We will email you our response (positive or negative) or ask you to send the product back to us for a more detailed assessment of the defect.

Privacy policy

When you use the Platform, every time you provide us with or need to access any information that, due to its characteristics, allows us to identify you, such as your name, surname, email address, billing or delivery address, phone number, device type or credit or debit card number, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"), whether for the purposes of browsing, purchasing our products, or to use our services or functions, this Privacy Policy and that on cookies, Terms of Use will apply to you and purchase and other documents referenced herein (collectively the "Terms and Conditions"), which are applicable at all times and should be reviewed to ensure that you agree to them.

PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA Please note that before using any of the services or functions available on the Platform, you must read this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions in the specific section related to the service or operation the platform. In each section, you can see if there are any specific conditions of use or if they require specific processing of your personal data. Failure to provide mandatory information may mean that we will not be able to manage your user registration or use certain features or services available through the Platform. The user (you) warrants that the personal data provided is true and accurate and agrees to report any change or modification in a timely manner. If you provide us with the personal data of third parties, you are solely responsible for informing them and obtaining their consent for these details to be provided for the purposes indicated in the appropriate sections of this Privacy and Cookie Policy. Any loss or damage caused to the Platform, Data Operators or any third party by the communication of erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information through the registration forms, will be the sole responsibility of the user.

The data operators, as appropriate, will use the Personal Data for the following purposes:

1.1 To manage your registration as a user of the Platform. The Personal Data you provide to us will be used to identify you as a user of the Platform and to provide you with access to its various features, products and services available to you as a registered user.

1.2 Developing, complying with and entering into the purchase contract for the products you have purchased or any other contract with us through the Platform.

1.3 To contact you by e-mail, telephone, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as push notifications of the App, etc., regarding updates or informative communications related to the contracted functions, products or services, including updates security measures of the Platform, when their implementation is necessary or reasonable.

1.4 Handling requests made using the customer service channels available in connection with the Platform or Physical Stores, as well as monitoring the quality of our services.

The duration of data processing is either for the period provided by law; or   indefinitely, if applicable laws and regulations permit. However, in this case, we inform you that any data processing will cease after receiving your request, that some or all of your data will be deleted; or until the relevant purpose applicable to certain data ceases to exist. For example, data relating to your orders will be processed as long as the data controller is required to hold such data in accordance with applicable laws and will be deleted once this legal purpose ceases to exist.

1.5 Disclosure of information to third parties

Our company uses the data entered by customers on the platform strictly to comply with and conclude the purchase contract for the products you have purchased or any other contract with us through the Platform and to manage the delivery process of products ordered through courier services.(See here)

Our company does not sell, trade or transfer personally identifiable information. We do not include or offer the products or services of third parties on our site.
